Awarded for the best research article for the poster presentation entitled “Minimal processing of gherkins and stored under MAP and Post harvest management of fresh gherkins (Cucumis anguria)” in the National Seminar held during 20th and 21st March, 2006 at Annamalai University, Chithambaram.
