CSIR-CFTRI, through its Technology Transfer & Business Development department, invites food companies, start-ups, MSMEs, ingredient suppliers and entrepreneurs to partner in commercialising high-purity native buckwheat starch and the protein- and fibre-rich residue left after starch extraction.
